Administration Assistant/ PA to the CEO
Location: Bairro Alto, Lisbon
Schedule: Full-time (Evenings/Weekends included)
Start Date: Immediate
We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual to assist our CEO across several dynamic businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for all Tuga Group activities
- Personal assistance to the CEO
- Partnership creation and management
- Team and task coordination
- System organisation and performance tracking
Profile:
- Fluent in Portuguese & English
- Strong background in administration (finance is a plus)
- Excellent communication & organisation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-driven with leadership potential
Career Path: This is a growth opportunity. Within 3 months, you may transition into a director-level role.
Full - TIme Receptionist / Customer Service Attendant
Location: Bairro Alto, Lisbon
Schedule: Full-time (Evenings/Weekends included)

Join our team at a vibrant party hostel, assisting guests and managing communications for 8 properties.
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties at Bairro Alto Hostel
- Guest support across all Lisbon properties
- Check-ins, check-outs & payments
- Promotion and sales of in-house services and events
- Light clearing and laundry support
Profile:
- Sales experience and target - driven
- Energetic and sociable
- Fluent in Portuguese & English
- Great multitasker & communicator
Commissions Available: Earn extra through sales of drinks, services and events.
